Prologue

It was 3 in the morning, almost everybody else in the world was asleep, you weren't however. For some reason or another you just couldn't seem to get to sleep so at the moment you were laying in bed watching tv with the hopes that you'd start getting tired. Unfortunately it didn't seem to be working and after about an hour of staring at the tv you began to ponder whether you should go to the kitchen and fix yourself a late night snack seeing as how you were starting to get kind of hungry. There was one problem though, you had a minor fear of the dark or more precisely what you believed lurked in it.
Garry x Reader [Ib] (1/3)"Wow... this place is getting creepier by the second," Garry shivered, his violet hair shaking as he twitched due to nervousness.
Wrapping his arms around his chest, he glanced around the semi-dark hallways.
The hall was pretty much empty - save for the small table with a vase, and a few paintings that were hung on the grey walls.
"Ahah!" His eyes lit up as he strode quickly over to the vase, pulling out the wilting blue rose from his pocket. He swiftly dropped the rose into the vase, almost instantly feeling refreshed.
